FAQs

What are the instructions for reheating the rice muffins?

The muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days and are best when reheated in the oven or microwave just before eating.

We think that the muffins will be gone on the first day but if not, they freeze well for up to two months. Wrap individually or place in freezer bags. To reheat frozen muffins, follow the below instructions.

Oven: Preheat to 325F. Bake 10-13 minutes for the minis. Bake 18-23 minutes for the original.

Microwave: Heat 20-25 seconds covered for the minis. Heat 40-45 seconds covered for the original.

Are the rice muffins gluten-free?

Yes, all our muffins are made with whole, natural products and are gluten-free, dairy-free, preservative-free, and contain no added refined sugar.

Are your rice muffins nut-free?

The banana chocolate chip rice muffin is nut-free but does contain coconut milk. All other flavors contain tree nuts. All Sweet Sesame muffins are made with coconut milk and are made in a kitchen that uses nuts.
